On June 26th the SMART+ partners came together in Sofia to look back at the achievements of the project and to come to a joint understanding of the roadmap for the further project implementation.

The central topic of the meeting was the strategic exchange. The long-term goal of this is to make the experiences and good practice examples won from the implementation of the sub-projects accessible to political stakeholders as well as enterprises. Some of the partner regions have already implemented capitalization workshops for this purpose, the others are preparing for these events. Furthermore, the partners developed common strategies to further optimize the public relations work and the reporting to the INTERREG IV C programme and to strengthen the collaboration with the sub-projects.

The next partner meeting will take place within the great international conference which will be organized in the framework of the euregia 2012 in October.
